World Champions, United States Women’s National Team (USWNT) have announced a friendly match against two times World Champions, Germany.

The top-rated friendly match will be a two-legged affair in November 2022.

The first match will take place on November 10, at the DRV PNK Stadium, Fort Lauderdale FL.

The second match is slated for the Red Bull Arena, Harrison, New Jersey on November 13.

USWNT recently defeated Super Falcons of Nigeria twice in a friendly match at home winning the first game 4-0 before a hard-fought 2-1 win over the nine-time African Champions this month.


Germany during the September International window stream-rolled Turkey (0-3) and Bulgaria (8-0) to its 2023 FIFA Women’s World Cup Qualifying campaign top of H with 27 points after ten games.

The team reached the final of UEFA Women’s Euro 2022, losing 2-1 to English Lionesses in the final at Wembley Stadium.


The USWNT will also face the Spanish women’s national team in October before playing Germany.

It will be on October 11 in El Sadar. The National Team will play two friendly matches on that date, before facing Sweden on the 7th in Córdoba.

The National Team finished the qualifying phase for the World Cup in Australia and New Zealand a few days ago and is already immersed in the next selection window. From the RFEF they confirmed the two friendly matches that the Spanish team will play. It was confirmed that La Roja will face the United States on October 11 in El Sadar. It was already known that Jorge Vilda’s team will face Sweden. He will do it four days before in Córdoba.

It must be remembered that the North Americans are the most successful team in the world and world power of women’s soccer, the current world champions (France 2019), and number one in the FIFA ranking.
