The Bianconeri have expressed their keen interest in acquiring the services of the Nigerian sensation. Despite his recent arrival at Bayer earlier this summer, the young talent has already secured the Bundesliga Player of the Month and Rookie of the Month awards for August.
This recognition is a testament to his exceptional start in German football, and it has attracted the attention of several prominent clubs vying to secure his signature. In just four Bundesliga appearances, Boniface has notched an impressive tally of four goals and contributed two assists, setting the stage for a fierce competition with the likes of Harry Kane for the top scorer accolade.
According to a report from Italy, Juventus is among the array of clubs vying for the 22-year-old prodigy. The Italian giants face stiff competition from Atletico Madrid, Manchester City, Real Madrid and Borussia Dortmund, all of whom have closely monitored his progress and believe he has the potential to significantly enhance their respective squads.
For Real Madrid, they recently lost Karim Benzema to the Saudi Arabian League and having failed to sign Kylian Mbappe, they need strong reinforcement upfront and despite signing Joselu, he’s seen as a short term solution. Boniface fits the bill perfectly and his possible signing shouldn’t affect the coming of Mbappe either.
Any interested club will have to wait until at least, the end of this season before making a move. Even at that, it’s hard seeing the German club being open selling him so early after signing him from Belgian club, Royal Union Saint-Gilliose this summer for around €20m.
Meanwhile…
For Italian defender, Leonardo Spinazzola, his future at AS Roma appears uncertain as the club struggles to secure him on a new contract. Although Roma values Spinazzola as an important player, their ability to retain him may hinge on their willingness to offer a competitive deal.

Roma’s underwhelming start to the season has seemingly contributed to the left-back’s hesitance to sign a new contract. According to a report from Tutto sports, Spinazzola is currently reluctant to commit to an extension with the club. If Roma fails to resolve this situation swiftly, they could risk losing the player.
The report suggests that Juventus is among the clubs that could express interest in acquiring Spinazzola if he becomes available. Juventus may view him as a potential addition to their squad, adding to the intrigue surrounding Spinazzola’s future in the upcoming transfer windows.
