Leao took to Instagram to comment on RB Leipzig star Dominik Szoboszlai’s post on the free kick he scored for Hungary in the just concluded international break.

The Portuguese wrote on the post, “come to Milan” with the 23 year old sensational midfielder replying with a laughing emoji.

Szoboszlai was linked to Milan in the 2019/2020 season but a move was not to be due to some certain reasons.

It’s yet to be seen what the connection is between the two players as there’s been no recent link between Milan and the player.

Meanwhile…

There could be a new twist in the ongoing contract extension talks ongoing between AC Milan and Rafael Leao.

The pacy winger is enduring a disappointing season but the club wants to keep their star player regardless.

There has been a disparity between player’s asking and what the club have presented which is why a deal is yet to be done.

According to SkySports’ Manuele Baiocchini, Paolo Maldini and Ricky Massara are plotting a short term offer until 2025 so as to have enough time for discussions.

The short term deal would also help to protect Milan from having to sell the player this summer and gain enough time to look into settling the fine by Sporting CP.
