Paris Saint Germain and top most leading sports brand Nike has launched the new 2023-2024 home jersey that will be used by the Ligue 1 champions with a host of first team stars among the models for the release.
Paris Saint-Germain and Nike have announced the launch of the new 2023-2024 Home jersey, paying tribute to a classic Parisian design and embodying the unique spirit of the French capital.
As the latest opus of their historic partnership, this jersey represents the shared vision of excellence, innovation, and ambition between the two iconic sports brands.
This iconic jersey reinterprets a shirt worn by Parisian players in the early 2000s and captures the essence of Paris Saint-Germain through a striking design. The red and white stripes, symbolic of the club, gradually blend into a dynamic blue, reminiscent of the lights blending into the Parisian skyline.
The tricolor flag is also featured, underscoring the pride of Paris Saint-Germain as the most successful club in France, shining the hexagonal colors beyond the capital and resonating worldwide with passion.
The 2023-2024 Home jersey also incorporates Nike’s cutting-edge innovation. Using Nike Dri-FIT ADV technology, this high-performance technical fabric keeps modern players dry throughout the full 90 minutes and beyond. The breathable FIT ADV weave ensures sweat evaporates, helping players stay cool, light, and maintain their performance level until the final whistle.
The new 2023-2024 jersey will be available starting from May 31st, 2023, exclusively in official Paris Saint-Germain stores worldwide, on store.psg.fr, and nike.com and from June 3rd, 2023, in all Nike and Paris Saint-Germain retail networks, along with the entire Home Collection.
Although Uruguay international Ugarte, 22, favours a move to Stamford Bridge because he wants to test himself in the Premier League, there are greater financial rewards on offer in Paris as reported by Portuguese newspaper Record which revealed that Ugarte learned on Tuesday that PSG are offering him £2.6m [€3million] more in salary per year than Chelsea.
PSG star, Neymar Jnr reportedly has his heart set on joining Manchester United this summer and has no intention of leaving Paris for any other club.
The 31-year-old’s time in Paris looks to be coming to an end with the club looking to make a fresh start after years of failure in the Champions League after a difficult relationship with PSG’s supporters over the past couple of years and that combined with injuries and age have left the club looking to sell in the summer.
