Official: Bologna Sign Stefan Posch

Bologna FC have completed the permanent signing of Stefan Posch from Hoffenheim for a fee of €5m.
“Bologna Fc 1909 announce that they have exercised their option to sign defender Stefan Posch from TSG Hoffenheim on a permanent deal.” The club wrote on their website.
Posch first arrived from the German club last summer on an initial loan deal with an option to make it permanent which later turned obligation after reaching certain numbers.
He has signed the new deal until 2026 after impressing the club during the period of the loan.
The Austrian international has scored six times and provided a further two assists in twenty nine appearances in the league.

The Chilean has been at the Renato Dall’Ara outfit since 2019 after joining from Besiktas.

The 35 year old defender has gone on to make ninety nine appearances for the Rossoblu but could be heading for the exit when his contract goes up next month.
The former Inter Milan midfielder turn defender has also played for Cardiff City in England, Sevilla in Spain, Boca Juniors in Argentina and Universidad Catolica in his native Chile.
