The Portuguese captain has not been seen since the disappointing draw on Friday.
More Details
Cristiano Ronaldo was gutted for the dropped points his club suffered in their Peo League fixture against Abha club.
The Knights saw their ten game winning streak in all competitions come to an end against a relegation battling Abha side.
Al Nassr had raced into a two goal lead before the hour mark. However, they allowed that slip as the away side snatched a late equalizer at the Awwal Park.
Cristiano Ronaldo recently adopted a new trend of sending messages across to fans on social media after every game.
That sort of message is what the fans waited to no avail for after the game on Friday.
The 38 year old must have been left disappointed that he could not help his side secure maximum points against Abha hence his decision not to send across any message.
Meanwhile…
Goalkeeper of the side Nawaf Alaqidi in Ronaldo’s stead took to X to express disappointment.
The Saudi Arabian shot stopper made some crucial saves to save his team a point but he was still not satisfied with the result and felt the fans deserve more.

“Praise be to God. In any case, I apologize to Al Nassr fans and I promise you that we will come back better. A draw does not mean the end of the dream.” He wrote on his account on X.
His gesture must have been welcome by the fans who themselves were not happy with the dropped points.
