The defender will be out of contract in the summer with a move to PSG more than confirmed.
The French champions are however looking at the possibility of bringing the 27 year old to Paris in January.
A bid of €10m has been rebuffed by Inter with the French club expected to raise their offer before the end of the transfer window.
Inter want him out immediately as much as the player himself already sees an immediate movement to Paris.
The €20m set by Inter for an immediate departure is clear with PSG expected to reach close to that figure for a deal to happen in January.
Gazzetta also clarified that Inter will strip Skriniar of the captain’s armband should he remain at the cub beyond the January window.

The figures of Milan Skriniar’s earnings at PSG has been revealed according to Il Giornale via @Guillaumemp.
A fixed €9m plus €2m in bonuses has been set for the Slovak defender while a sign on fee of €16m is also guaranteed.

His agent Roberto Sistici will get €4m commission from PSG with the player expected to sign until the summer of 2027.
Gazzetta in a separate report revealed that a teammate had opened up that Skriniar confessed to him that he has already signed with PSG.
The club in its reactionary mode extended the news to the whole squad just before the start of the game against Cremonese.
