According to British agent Hadyn Dodge, Liverpool are attempting to gain an advantage in the competition for Bellingham and have offered Borussia Dortmund somewhere about £100 million (via CaughtOffside).
“It’s known that a bid (from Liverpool) just shy of £100m has been submitted for Jude Bellingham ahead of this summer’s transfer window.”
He is anticipated to leave this summer, but Borussia Dortmund isn’t interested in trading for anything less than top dollar.
Man City is allegedly not an option for Bellingham, who will reportedly pick between Real Madrid and Liverpool as his next club. The Reds fired the initial shot, and Florentino Perez’s reaction is still up in the air.

Endrick Felipe has battled with his form ever since his transfer to Real Madrid was officially announced in December.
The 16-year-old was benched for Palmeiras’ last two Campeonato Paulista games because he has failed to score in 14 straight games across all competitions.
Real Madrid won’t be too concerned about his performance given his age, but they are making efforts to raise his spirits. Chief scout Juni Calafat reportedly made the trip to Brazil to meet with Endrick in order to convey the “unconditional support” that he has from his future club, according to Sport.
