Inter Milan made light work of their neighbours as they progressed 3-0 on aggregate.
The Simone Inzaghi led side beat Milan by two goals in the first leg and finished the second leg 1-0 victors to complete a 3-0 aggregate victory.
Lautaro Martinez was the star of the show at the Guiseppe Meazza as his 74th minute strike was enough to settle the tie.
Simone Inzaghi has successfully turned Inter’s season around and are now in two finals with the top four slot almost secured.
It looked as though it was going to be a rough season but the Nerazzurri have now successfully reached the final of the most prestigious club competition in Europe for the first time since winning it in 2010.
