The Canadian international has been impressive since bursting onto the European scene in 2021.

His exploits down the right flank for Club Brugge hasn’t gone unnoticed by top European clubs who are keenly following his progress.

Buchanan, 24, is being closed evaluated by Inter Milan who consider him as a possible replacement for want away Denzel Dumfries.

Dumfries hasn’t lived up to expectation at the Milan based club and has even lost his place to the more experienced Matteo Darmian in the starting eleven.

GDS have it that a bid in the region of €15-20m would be enough to convince Brugge into selling considering that his contract has just over 14 months to go.

With 29 international caps for Canada, he is a profile that fits the Inter project and we could be in for an interesting summer come through end of the season.

Meanwhile…

Young Italian fullback Raoul Bellanova will not have his stay at the club made permanent according to Gazzetta.

The 22 year old arrived on loan from Cagliari before the start of the season with Inter retaining the option to make the move permanent at a fee around €7m.

However, Bellanova hasn’t done enough to convince the decision makers at the club to sacrifice such amount to make his stay permanent.

As per Gazzetta, it is now likely that he be sent back to the Sardinian club when the season comes to and end.

He has made thirteen appearances for Inter all season without a goal or an assist to show for his time on the pitch.

The €7m quoted fee seems a huge sum for Inter to commit on a player that has been nothing short of disappointing since arriving.
