20-year-old Chelsea and Scotland midfielder Billy Gilmour is set to join Norwich city on loan for the 2021/2022 season.

The blues are ready to listen to loan offers for the Scotland international who shone like a million stars against England last week at the ongoing Euros tournament. However, Chelsea are confident Gilmour will be integral to their cause in the future thereby blocking hopes of a permanent transfer away from the bridge.

The Canaries however seem to have reached an agreement with Chelsea to have Gilmour for the coming season subject to a medical examination after his quarantine period as he tested positive for COVID-19 after the game against England.

Gilmour made 5 EPL appearances last season and 11 in total for the West London outfit.

Former Scotland midfielder Charlie Adams believes the move will benefit both Gilmour and the Scottish national team.
