Before we return to the chaos of blank gameweeks and double gameweeks, Gameweek 31 of the Fantasy Premier League might be another calm round. Consequently, let’s talk about our FPL GW31 Tips with the top selections, games to watch, transfer objectives, captain and differentials.

Gameweek 30 Top Scorers

Ayew – 14 points
Oliseh – 14 points
Martinelli – 13 points
Haaland – 12 points
Grealish – 12 points
Billing – 11 points
Nunes – 10 points
Pope – 11 points
Martinez – 9 points

Top Picks For The Week…

Gabriel Martinelli

The Brazilian winger has scored in each of his last four away matches ahead of a derby with West Ham United. Martinelli has collected 37 points across that period, with his goal and assist at Liverpool last weekend taking him to the top of the midfield standings on 175 points.

Kevin De Bruyne

In his last two league games, the Manchester City star has a total of 22 points, and Saturday’s home game against Leicester offers a wonderful chance for more. Although City competes in the FA Cup and isn’t participating in Gameweek 32, he may be a direct replacement for someone who is.

Eberechi Eze

Eberechi Eze is definitely worth taking the risk for, given his and Palace’s recent performances; we hope that this isn’t a case of intervening too late. Eze contributed an assist on the winning goal in Gameweek 30 last time out. In his most recent two games, he has scored 12 points.

Mathias Jensen

Mathias Jensen is a bargain asset with a low ownership percentage who has scored points and possibly had more depending on certain performances. The midfielder has scored 115 points for the few players who possess him, with ten of those coming recently against Brighton and five against Leicester.

Kaoru Mitoma

Mitoma average of 6.4 points per start is more than any other midfielder in Fantasy this season. Mitoma travels to Chelsea on the back of two goals, four assists and only one blank in his last six matches.

Pedro Porro

Tottenham Hotspur’s Spanish right wing-back offers a major attacking threat at home to AFC Bournemouth. Porro’s 11 shots, six shots in the box and nine chances created all rank second in Spurs’ last five matches.

FPL: Gameweek 31 Captain Picks

Erling Haaland

Erling Haaland is still in incredibly impressive goal-scoring shape, and he will relish taking on Leicester at home on Saturday. The new Foxes manager, Dean Smith, has lost each of his six meetings with Pep Guardiola. Every game that his teams lost had at least two goals given up, and half of those games had three or more.

Harry Kane

Harry Kane is set to face AFC Bournemouth on the back of five goals, an assist and 41 points in his last five outings at home. The Cherries have conceded a league-high 38 away goals, including three goals at both Arsenal and Aston Villa across their last three road trips.

David De Gea

The Manchester United goalkeeper visits Nottingham Forest in excellent form in FPL. De Gea has five clean sheets, five save points and three bonus points in his last seven outings, totalling 38 points.
