Details Of Mason Greenwood’s Getafe Loan Move Emerge As Atletico De Madrid Game Against Sevilla Get New Date After Postponement

Details of Mason Greenwood‘s loan move to Getafe have finally emerge after the Spanish club confirmed the arrival of the Manchester United outcast on a season long loan deal which is valid until the end of the current 2023/24 campaign.
More Details
The details reportedly includes a break clause in the forward’s contract which would enable the Spanish side to send him back to Manchester United after Greenwood was confirmed as a Getafe player on Friday after completing a deadline day move.
Man United had agreed to help Greenwood secure a move to continue his career, after the club announced last month that they had mutually agreed for the 21-year-old to leave due to the rape and assault charges against him which has since been dropped by the alleged victim.
Greenwood’s season-long loan move to Getafe could be cut short in January, with the Athletic reporting that the Spanish outfit can trigger a break clause.
The break clause is standard in loan deals, but would allow Getafe to send Greenwood back to Man United if they are unhappy with how the move has developed.

As officially revealed, the Laliga EA Sports matchday 4 fixture between Sevilla and Atlético de Madrid at the Civitas Metropolitano has been postponed due to the weather forecast of torrential rain in the capital.
LaLiga made the decision after a meeting with the authorities and both clubs. In fact, Madrid City Council has asked for people to avoid leaving their homes today due to the expected rainfall in the coming hours.
