Arsenal: The Gunners despite having one of their biggest winter transfer in recent history when they signed Leandro Trossard from Brighton, Jakub Kiwior from Spezia and Jorginho from Chelsea, will be feeling some sort of regret after missing out on Mykhailo Mudryk and Moises Caicedo.
Aston Villa: The Villans signed Alex Moreno from Real Betis and John Duran from Chicago.
Brentford: They sold Kevin Shade to German side, Freiburg.

Brighton: The Seagulls have been the talk of this winter transfer window after rejecting Chelsea and Arsenal’s move for Caicedo, but the still managed to being in Yasin Ayari from AIK, Facundo Buonanotte from Rosario Central, Jamie Mullina from Bohemians and Mark O’Mahony from Cork.
Chelsea: It can be said that the Blues had the best winter transfer window among all EPL clubs and also among European clubs, outspending other Leagues combined this winter. David Datro Fofana (Molde), Benoit Badiashile (Monaco), Andrey Santos (Vasco da gama), Joao Felix loan, Atletico Madrid), Mykhailo Mudryk (Shakhtar Donetsk), Noni Madueke (PSV), Malo Gusto (Olympique Lyon) and last minute signing Enzo Fernandez from Benfica. The Blues paid his release clause, while also not forgetting that they also signed Christopher Nkunku from RB Leipzig and just like Malo Gusto, will be joining his teammates for the 2023/24 season.
Crystal Palace: Palace signed Albert Sambi Lokonga from Arsenal on loan and also brought in Naouirou Ahamada from Stuttgart.
Everton: Despite selling Anthony Gordon, didn’t manage to make any major signing, instead, they released Salomon Rondon from his contract with the club.
Fulham: The lesser known London club managed to signed Sosa Lukic from Torino, Shane Duffy from Brighton and Cedric Soares from Arsenal on loan.
Leeds: Max Wober (RB Salzburg) Georginio Rutter (Hoffenheim) Diogo Monteiro from Servette all joined on a permanent transfer while Weston McKennie was sighed from Juventus on loan until the end of the season.
Leicester City: The foxes were able to boost their relegation survival with the signing of Victor Kristiansen from Copenhagen, Tete from Lyon, Harry Souttar from Stoke city and Nathan Opoku from Field Masters Sporting club while also allowing Ayoze Perez to actualize his dream of moving to Spain after joining Real Betis 6 months before the expiration of his contract.
Liverpool: The Reds only signed Cody Gakpo from PSV at the early stage of the transfer window.
Manchester City: The reigning EPL champions only signed little known, Maximo Perrone from Velez Sarzfield while they sold Joao Cancelo to Bayern Munich on loan with an option to purchase for a further fee of €70 million.

Manchester United: The Red Devils seem to be reserving much of their plans for the summer as they brought in Jack Butland (Crystal Palace), Wout Weghorst (Burnley/Besiktas) and Marcel Sabitzer (Bayern Munich) all on loan until the end of the season. Shola Shoretire (Bolton) and Axel Tuanzebe ( Stoke city) left the Old Trafford on loan while Newcastle United recalled Martin Dubravka.
Newcastle United: The Magpies signed Anthony Gordon from Everton, Harrison Ashby from West Ham, Garang Kuol from Central coast Mariners and Amadou Diallo on a free transfer.
Nottingham Forest: Keylon Navas joined from PSG, Felipe from Atletico Madrid, Chris Wood (loan) and Jonjo Shelvey from Newcastle, Danilo and Gustavo Scarpa from Palmeiras.

Southampton: The saints signed Mislav Orsic from Dinamo Zagreb, Carlos Alcaraz from Racing club, James Bree from Luton, Kamaldeen Sulemana from Stade Rennes and Paul Onuachu from Genk.

Tottenham Hotspur: Spurs brought in the pair of Arnaut Danjuma and Pedro Porro from Villarreal and Sporting CP on loan respectively. Bryan Gil was allowed to joined Spanish side, Sevilla, Djed Spence joined Rennes and Harvey White joined Derby all on loan. Matt Doherty was released and he subsequently joined Atletico Madrid.
West Ham: The Hammers signed Luizao from Sao Paulo and Danny Ings from Aston Villa.
Wolverhampton Wanderers: Wolves in their bid to escape relegation signed Matheus Cunha (Atletico Madrid) loan, Mario Lemina (Nice), Pablo Sarabia (Paris Saint-Germain), Craig Dawson (West Ham), Dan Bentley (Bristol City), Joao Gomes from Flamengo. Fabio Silva and Goncalo Guedes left the club to join PSV and Benfica respectively.
