Al Ahli Star Confesses “There’s Still A Long Way To Go” From Reaching Mane’s Levels

Al Ahli winger Allan Saint Maximin has opened up on his admiration for Al Nassr talisman Sadio Mane.
The 26 year old is one of the many stars who transitioned from European football to the Asian territory.
He scored his maiden goal for Al Ahli a few days ago in their 3-2 victory over Al Taawon.
Asked about Sadio Mane, the Chatenay Malabry born forward revealed he is still far from reaching the level of the Senegalese national team captain.
“I haven’t reached Mane’s level yet, there’s still a long way to go.” He said as quoted by Al Nassr Zone on X.
Mane in contrast has began his Saudi adventure on a bang scoring five goals already in the league.
Both men are on course to help their team finish highest on the Saudi Pro League log which has over four teams in contention.

Al Nassr manager Luis Castro has heaped praises on his team following the victory over Iranian champions Persepolis in the AFC Champions League.
The Knights won 2-0 away from home thanks to goals from Abdulrahman Ghareeb and Mohammed Qasem.

The manager was left impressed by his side’s showing and showed his satisfaction with a post on Instagram that read “well done team. First match in AFC Champions League, first victory.”
